Our Therapies

Acupressure

Acupressure is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which states that life energy (Qi) flows through specific pathways called meridians. When Qi gets blocked, it leads to pain, stress, or disease. Applying pressure on acupressure points clears these blockages and restores balance in the body.
From a modern scientific view, these points lie over nerve endings, muscle junctions, and connective tissue, and their stimulation sends signals to the brain and spinal cord. This activates the release of endorphins, improves blood circulation, and relaxes the nervous system.
Thus, acupressure works by harmonizing energy flow (Qi) and neuro-physiological responses, allowing the body to heal naturally.

Magnet Therapy

Magnet therapy works on the Five Element Theory of the body, where all organs and systems are connected to Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water elements. According to this concept, the body has invisible energy pathways through which life energy flows and maintains balance. When any element becomes imbalanced, discomfort or disharmony may appear.
Applying magnets helps rebalance the energy of these elements along their natural pathways. This supports harmony between organs, mind, and body, allowing the system to return to its natural state of balance and well-being.

Colour Therapy

Colour therapy is based on the principle that each colour has a specific wavelength and frequency within the visible light spectrum. When these wavelengths interact with the eyes and skin receptors, they send signals to the brain and nervous system.
Research shows that different colours can influence neuro-hormonal responses, emotional regulation, and relaxation patterns. In TCM, colours correspond to the Five Elements and organ systems, supporting balance and functional harmony.
Thus, colour therapy works through a combination of sensory stimulation, nervous system response, and energetic regulation, promoting overall well-being.
